Responsibilities:
- Responsible for dispatch duties and some clerical work eg: delivery and collect documents; go to Bank and government department; filing of the documents etc. and other related assignment as assigned.
- Collect documents from business associates as instructed.
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Superior/Directors of the Company.
- To assist in all administrative duties as and when required.
- Responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to filing of documents, data entry.
- Handle and support all administrative and clerical activities in Valuation Department.
- Maintain and update relevant data and records.
- You will also be required to carry out other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Directors of the Company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Possess a clean B2 driving license & possess own motorcycle.
- Those with D driving license would be advantage.
- Not blacklisted by JPJ for driving offences.
- Good working attitude and attendance
- Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & able to speak simple English.
- At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
