Despatch cum Admin, Valuation Department

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dispatch duties and some clerical work eg: delivery and collect documents; go to Bank and government department; filing of the documents etc. and other related assignment as assigned.
  • Collect documents from business associates as instructed.
  •  To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Superior/Directors of the Company.
  • To assist in all administrative duties as and when required.
  • Responsible for all administrative functions pertaining to filing of documents, data entry.
  • Handle and support all administrative and clerical activities in Valuation Department.
  • Maintain and update relevant data and records.
  • You will also be required to carry out other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Directors of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
  • Possess a clean B2 driving license & possess own motorcycle.
  • Those with D driving license would be advantage.
  • Not blacklisted by JPJ for driving offences.
  • Good working attitude and attendance
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & able to speak simple English.
  • At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
